New Audi A5

The 2008 Audi A5 slotted between the A4 and A6 of course considerably larger than the TT coupe and marketed as a true four-seater. Said to be first true competitor to the BMW 3 series!  I’ve been a BMW owner for quite a while and I am sold on this car.  Take a look and you will see why I’m sold on it – you get so much more luxury/room and it’s in the same price range. 

I’ve spoken to the Audi dealer in Germany and they estimate that it should be available to order in 2 months time - the excitement/anticipation of getting a new car not even released yet! At least I get to see it next month at the Motor Expo in London.

The A5 expected to offer a 3.0 liter TDI V6 model, 3.2 liter FSI V6 and also a performance model S5.  What’s more, an up and coming A5 convertible is said to be eventually replacing the A4, S4 and RS4 Cabriolets.

Audi A5 sports package choice; the S line sports package plus that combines a sporty suspension and 18 inch 5 spoke alloy wheels or an alternative 19 inch alloy with 20 spoke design. The interior to include; sports seats, electrically adjustable lumbar and secure positioning, cloth/leather combination or fine Nappa leather, 3-zone air conditioning, Bang & Olfusen sound system, smarter navigation system, and FSI®, fuel is injected directly.
