Hand it Over to Guest Posts!
I’m looking to hand it over and give way for guest posting! So, readers and newcomers alike if you feel you have something “Geektalk” related you would like to express on Ja Kel Daily just use our contact form or email me (admin@jakeldaily.com) with your article you would like to be posted and of course put some back links to your site.
Not to worry I will still be posting also, just looking to add some new inspiration!
“Sometimes you don’t have the time or inspiration to maintain a sizable catalogue of draft posts for future use, so what happens if you actually need some? Fortunately it’s not too hard to find people who will write a couple of guest posts for you (taking the strain off yourself). Clearly there are pitfalls with this because people came to your site to read your content but ultimately it’s a great way of keeping blogging enjoyable.” John Chow

The RSS feed is working great. I wish I had time to come up with something. I would like to read about Google and how they are taking over the internet. Penalizing pay per post and coming up with review my site for money. Or how they Google slap people for buying links but they sell links. Monopoly? So if any of your reads could write about that I would love to read it. Just an idea that I think would be great.
I really wish that I could write geke stuff. The reason I visit this blog is precisely because I am not one. I would really like to see people write addressing novices about blogging in simple step by step understandable language.
Guest posting, that is a good idea to give yourself a little break. I’ll look and see what I have to offer! this could be fun, thanks for the opportunity.
I understand that Music! That would be great too. Talking about getting a blog up, running and making it succesful.
I think that guest posting is a great idea! Renews creativity and gives some love to fellow bloggers!
Keep up the great stuff!
Thanks for the input so far and I’ve posted the first guest post today. Please send all guest posts to admin@jakeldaily.com. Also if you voted prior to 1 Feb 2008 for the holiday contest please re-vote because they have reset the database.

Hi Jason, interesting proposition. Whats’ your traffic like in your sitepro section?
nice way of getting different views into your blog

An average of 300 per day, the entertainment section gets the the traffic. I guess it’s just a popularity game when it comes right down to it with getting more traffic. A lot of people talk about SERPs, SEO and so on but if you take a closer look at the bigger sites the higher end of their traffic comes from direct site hits.
That’s a great idea, I hope you find writers that can blend well with your site.
I’ll definitely be sending you something out ASAP, jake. Look forward to it.
I hope you’ll continue to post on the subject if you feel at any point you do have something to add to the past body of work.
Can I write a post which is already put up on my site, or a fresh one ?
Guest posts are great on a lot of levels, finding quality contributors is becoming hard however. Time to up the rewards a little ?
That’s a great idea, we will try this on our blog too.
How much time do you think it will save you? You are presumably going to have to review and moderate guest articles and I would personally want to edit anything that isn’t up to scratch?
Sounds like a good idea just as long as the content is right. There’s so many people who want to get the points across it is sometimes worrying that they may feel too passionate about a subject and could end up going way off track, just as long as it is moderated well it sounds like a good idea!
How has this worked for you so far?
Yeah, I had enjoyed some cool traffic from this blog last year through the guest post. This time I would have liked to write, but the way I have my schedule right now, I am not sure if I can contribute this year as well.
Should this be something that never been posted before?
