Dell XPS M1210 Promotion

Ok I know this is a bit cheeky but in light of my new Dell 468 x 60 header advertisement I thought why not do a little promotion on a product I think is great and I am actually using nightly to write my articles for this blog. See pictures of my XPS M1210 here.

The Dell XPS M1210 laptop truly great in everyway and I love it.  The best way to describe my laptop is the power of a desktop times 2. Trust me if you are thinking of buying a laptop this is the one to go with no mistakes about it. I paid $1700 and I think if you are in the market for a notebook you should Buy a DELL Now! If you want to know what options it has and how I configured my XPS M1210 click read more

I’m really impressed that dell is going to start selling machines with Linux installed. I’ve been waiting for a viable alternative on the PC to windows.

I’ve been looking around here lately for a new laptop. I have a 15″ widescreen that works perfectly and is very fast, but I really want a slim lappy, 12″ screen and something like 3 pounds or less. I completely forgot to give Dell a look, thanks for the reminder!

Yes it’s great and slim and the reason why I went with my two laptops prior were a 15″ and 17″ and I wanted one that did weight as much as my desktop. I got my XPS M1210 configured with the built in camera and mic and is great with skupe when I need it. Also the graphics card in it is amazing, you would think being a 12″ screen you would have a bit of trouble as far as room but it is perfect in my opinion. I love everything about this laptop the best that I’ve owned by far.

Thanks for the tip on Linux I actually was not aware of that fact.

Open Office is really pushing to have their open source software installed, as well. There has been quite a bit of news the last few weeks about this.

I have been writing updated post on this, since I like anything open source, or browser oriented and offered as online apps, like Google Pack, ZOHO, OmniDrive, Steekr, etc.
