Prince died of a self-administered Fentanyl overdose according to an autopsy report released on Thursday by the Midwest Medical Examiner’s Office.

The 57-year-old singer’s death was ruled an accident, and the only listed cause on the medical examiner’s report was ‘Fentanyl toxicity.’

The autopsy report also revealed that the 5ft3in singer weighed just 112lbs at the time of his death, and that he was dressed entirely in black when his unresponsive body was discovered on April 21 inside an elevator at his Paisley Park estate just outside Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Prince’s former drug dealer believed opioids were behind the singer’s death when he spoke exclusively to in April.

He also revealed that the performer would spend up to $40,000 on six-month supplies of two drugs – Dilaudid pills and Fentanyl patches.

Kelly’s 80/20 plan is a diet that nearly anyone can follow. The only requirements are that 80 percent of your diet must be foods that are clean and healthy. This means that you will want to make sure you eat healthy options like green vegetables and lean protein. The foods need to be clean, meaning that only organic options and those that don’t have any added colors, fillers, sugars and preservatives are allowed.

The remaining 20 percent of your food intake is reserved for the foods you love. If this sounds too good to be true, it really isn’t. Since you are focusing on making sure that a majority of your diet is healthy, that other 20 percent gives you the wiggle room you need to help you stay on track. If you consider that most diets fail due to the restrictions on which foods you are “allowed” to have, knowing that you can have that Snickers bar or pizza will help you stay on track and not get discouraged due to “failing” the diet.

Rowland’s Workout Routine

Obviously, a major part of having the toned physique that Rowland has is exercise, and lots of it. Her weight is well proportioned with her height and body size. Rowland’s workout routine consists of different types of exercise routines. This helps her muscles continue to get a workout, and helps her stay interested and beat back any boredom. It is also important that you understand you will want to make sure you fit 20 to 30 minutes of exercise in each day. However, you will use Sunday as an “off” day to give your body some rest and recovery.

A typical week of Kelly’s workout routine looks something like this:

  • Monday – Core and Cardio
  • Tuesday – Cardio and Resistance
  • Wednesday – Core and Cardio
  • Thursday – Interval Training and Total Body Resistance
  • Friday – Power Yoga
  • Saturday – Choice of Workout Routine

The exercise routines that Kelly does on these days are a mix of her and Jeanette’s Sexy Abs and Sexy Abs Cardio Sculpt videos, Cardio Kickboxing, Power Yoga and Bikini Bootcamp.

Words of Advice

If you are just starting out with an exercise routine, you will want to ease your body into the process – especially if you haven’t done much for quite some time. If you are seriously overweight or unhealthy, make sure to check with your doctor to make sure you don’t hurt yourself!

Octomom Death Threats over Welfare!

Hours of after TMZ broke the story yesterday, our sources say Nadya Suleman started getting angry and threatening phone calls from blocked numbers, emails, and Facebook messages such as … “Die bitch. I’m not working for your f**king kids, you’re the one that wanted them.”

We’re told Octo had to hang up on several irate callers, but not before they spewed choice words like:

— “You’re going to get yours.”
— “I’m not working to f**king pay –.”

Octomom Nadya Suleman on Welfare

UPDATE: Upon hearing of Suleman’s impending eviction, Vivid Entertainment has made her a job offer: $500,000 to star in a one-hour porn video, TMZ reports. Should she accept, Vivid can “arrange for [payment] to happen quickly so that you will get paid in advance of your October 9th deadline.”

The mother of 14 is getting $2,000 a month from the State of California, which sends it directly to a special debit account. The card can only be used for food and is closely monitored to ensure its holder isn’t making illegal purchases … i.e. toys, pregnancy tests, etc. ust two years ago, after giving birth to children 7-14, she said she refused to become “a self-fulfilling prophecy” by accepting state assistance. The card because her income is less than $119,000 a year and a family of 15 that makes less than that is entitled to welfare benefits. The $119,000 figure is based on around $8,000 for each member of the household. The more kids, the more you can make and still receive welfare.

We’re told the cash-strapped mom has taken her children out of private school, except for her one son who has autism, saving her $4,000 a month. And as we first reported, she’s even posing topless to make ends meet. But it just wasn’t enough.
